Firs-*gets punched by myself*

Wonderful page as ever! And this looks like Sauron's tiara.

Heheh, I guess I didn't think too much about scale. It's just bracelet sized, although I guess Sauron's pretty good at resizable jewelry. >.>

"No description"

Why I'd recognize that item anywhere!

;-)

Heh, she meant there was something funny about there being no description. And you can see why, if someone didn't want to draw attention to this thing, they wouldn't want to describe it.

"Fairly mundane...uh... menacing snake bracelet. Uh, typical of the era."

One artifact to rule them all... Sauron was my first thought when I saw that item myself. XD

Well at least it's not on fire and mounted on a giant menacing tower. But yes... the resemblance is undeniable.

Man, who looked at that and couldn't imagine a description? Looks like something an evil cleric would wear!

Or maybe they just didn't want to publish a description.... HMMM

And now they have to throw it in a volcano, right?

If only ALL of life's problems could be solved by throwing them in a volcano.

Melford: Guys! I found this AWESOME ancient artifact.
Taily: Actually, that's mine.
Melford: This?
Taily: Yes.
Melford: It's yours?
Taily:...yes.

Actually, Melford is the ditzy peacock host of the party. Neville's the guy who got offed. ]: He knew about the bracelet and was planning to come back and get it, hence the trip to the printer for a forgery. (I know, it's been stinking forever and they're both super minor characters lol)

You know, "no description" is possibly the most suspicious thing you can possibly write about an archeological find. I'd have said "Bronze [I'm assuming] bracelet", which would be perfectly accurate yet imply something entirely different.
